酯化維他命C不同於一般的維他命C，它含有能充份透過細胞間的有效成分，被血液吸收的速度比一般維他命C 快2倍，提高細胞中維他命C 的含量比一般維他命C 多出4倍。Ester-C 的獨特形式，可以在體內隨著時間緩慢釋放出維他命C，不像一般水溶性維他命C 很容易隨水份隨尿液排出體外，對人體健康非常有幫助。
