Cautions and warnings: Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have gallstones or a bile duct obstruction, if you have stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid, if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice) or if you have an iron deficiency. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite or if symptoms persist or worsen. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant. Discontinue use if hypersensitivity has been known to occur.

Recommended dose: Adults—Take 2 capsules daily with food.

Recommended duration of use: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
