Non-medicinal ingredients: Ferment media (organic soy flour, organic gum acacia, organic Saccharomyces cerevisiae, organic maltodextrin, organic orange peel powder, organic alfalfa powder, lactic acid bacteria [Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum and Lactobacillus rhamnosus], papain [deactivated], bromelain [deactivated] and organic molasses), organic gum acacia, silica, shellac, carnauba wax and maltodextrin.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Laxative effect may occur. Discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhea.
Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child.

Recommended dose: Adults —Take 1 tablet daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
